Use the same Apple ID on phone and Mac. Enable Screen Time Share Across Devices. First sync may take hours.

Grant the compiled copy helper Full Disk Access in macOS settings:

Opens include returning to an app. The first phone write may return App Library Only apps to the Home Screen; an inventory change blocks the stale preview.

Import app counts

Desktop CSV: bundle_id,opens, with optional seconds,last_open. Timestamps must include a timezone, e.g. 2026-01-01T08:00:00+08:00.
